Lindsay gave us clear, easy-to-follow guidance for getting our child to self-soothe, get on a predictable sleep schedule and get the rest he needs. We didn't think it would be possible to get him to be a good sleeper. It took a lot of trial and error (and an incredible amount of patience and note-taking) but in the end, we definitely made a lot of improvement with our baby's sleep. While sleep-coaching isn't a quick fix (we are still working on the details) Lindsay was very supportive, responsive and communicative, and was available to help us with manageable steps to follow. I recommend her services to anyone who is struggling but doesn't have the heart for "cry it out" methods.
